We have adopted a new New-Show Policy for all surgical and medical appointments scheduled with our Veterinary team.
Our intention is to create opportunities for all of our clients to have their pets receive top-notch veterinary care in a timely fashion. This policy will help prevent last-minute gaps in our appointment books and allow us to utilize our team to its fullest capacity, ensuring our community has access to valuable medical appointments for their beloved pets.
This is not a cancellation fee! A simple phone call ahead of time to let us know you cannot make it in will avoid this charge. This allows us to offer that spot to a pet in need.
If you do not show up for your appointment without cancelling, a no-show fee of $25 will be applied to your account to be paid before your next visit. If 2 no-shows occur in a row, we will ask that you pre-pay for the exam portion of your next visit.
